If you are hitting "Print" and nothing is happening, it is likely because the uniFLOW Client—the small application that bridges your laptop to our printers—isn't currently running or signed in.
Please follow these steps to get back up and running.
Step 1: Check if uniFLOW is Running
The uniFLOW app needs to be active in your system tray to process print jobs.
Look at the bottom right corner of your Windows taskbar (near the Wi-Fi and battery icons).
Click the small upward arrow to expand your hidden icons.
Look for the uniFLOW icon (a small red and grey square).
Step 2: Launch the App (If Missing)
If you don’t see that icon in the list, the app simply isn't open.
Press the Windows Key or click the Search bar on your taskbar.
Type "uniFLOW" into the search menu.
Click the application to open it.
Step 3: Sign In with Google
Once the app is running, it needs to know who you are so it can securely handle your documents.
Go back to that upward arrow (System Tray) in the bottom right.
Right-click (or click) the uniFLOW icon and select "Open uniFLOW Online."
A tab will open in your web browser. Follow the prompts to Sign in with Google using your school credentials.
Still seeing a "Standby" Error?
If your app is open and you are signed in, but you see a message stating "uniFLOW can't connect to the selected printer," the physical printer itself may have lost its connection.
The Fix: Simply turn that specific printer OFF, wait ten seconds, and turn it back ON. Once it reboots, try sending your print job again.
