This guide walks you through the process of generating a password report for your students. This is especially helpful at the beginning of the year or when setting up new reading groups to ensure every student has their login ready.
1. Access the Management Portal
Navigate to the KIPP NYC Accelerated Reader login page.
Log in using your Teacher or Administrator credentials.
2. Navigate to User Settings
Look for your name in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.
Click your name to open the drop-down menu and select Manage Apps & Users.
From the next screen, select the Users tab.
3. Generate the Password Report
Select the Password Report option. This will display a comprehensive list of all students currently assigned to your classes, along with their unique usernames and passwords.
4. Save or Print for Your Records
If you need a hard copy for your classroom folder or a digital file to share with individual students, click the PDF icon located in the top right corner.
Pro-Tip: Saving this PDF to your Google Drive allows you to quickly reference it without having to log back into the portal throughout the week.
A Quick Security Note
Because this report contains sensitive student information, please ensure that any printed copies are kept in a secure location (like a locked desk drawer) and that digital copies are not shared publicly.
